This is a review for the ES-300W Wireless Portable Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I have two other Epson scanners, one of which I have had for over 10 years now and the other for 5 years and both still work excellent! So being asked to review a new, portable Epson scanner was a no brainer for me. First off, the size, including the battery is quite small at 11½ x 3½ x 3 inches. Sliding the grey lever on the front opens up the sheet feeder which can handle up to 20 sheets of 2 sided paper, business cards, whatever. The caveat is that it can not be something bound as this is a page scanner. But it's small size hides it's excellent build quality and software and features. Setup is so simple. Plus the scanner into a power outlet for both power and to charge the battery. Run the software and follow the extremely simple and easy to understand set up instructions. You can set this up to scan via a usb cable, direct wireless or put it on your wireless network. I chose the wireless network and it programs via the WPS button on your Wireless Router. It's disgustingly simple and fast and easy. Once it's charged, unplug from the cord if you need to and place where it's convenient and start scanning. Open the software, set your resolution (I prefer 300 psi) and place what you want to scan in the tray. I thought wrong that to scan the back, I'd have to put my paper back in the tray, but to my surprise it scans both sides at the same time and very quickly and accurately at that. I highly recommend this scanner. It's easy to use, fast and accurate. I scan multiple papers multiple times per week and this scanner is so much more convenient, handier adn faster and scans duplex on one pass vs my other two scanners. It's easrned a place on my desk. You'll LOVE it!

I am loving my new wireless color scanner. It was super easy to unbox and set up, it didn't take long at all, and I'm not a computer genius. It scans pretty fast from the auto feeder that can hold up to 50 sheets. Doing 2 sided documents is also super easy with this scanner. It has so many options...I can scan to dropxbox, google drive, evernote, etc. If I want to get fancy I can create searchable PDF files. The fact that it is wireless is great because I can un-clutter my desk and keep it nearby without a ton of cords going around. I also finally got organized by scanning my small size collections of things like business cards I've accumulated as well as receipts up to larger documents. It is literally just load and scan. Family photos will be my next project since the color is vibrant. I highly recommend this small but mighty scanner for business or personal use, it will simplify your life and your paperwork. I know Epson has great customer service and they stand behind their products when needed. WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is totally amazing. It has synced up to my computers running on Windows as well as my android phone so I can literally scan from whatever device I am using. It has really fast scanning and can hold up to 50 pages at a time. It can scan in color or black and white as well as grayscale too!!! It can integrate with most existing document management systems. With the advanced paper feed technologies such as blank page removal, auto rotation, auto-cropping, Dirt Detection, and Paper Protection help enhance productivity making this my favorite scanner because I can worry less and get more done! I love this WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-One Printer. I print and scan a lot of documents while working at home and this printer has made the job a lot faster! I can scan and email the file directly to my computer and it saves me time. The printer was easy to set up. I was able to get all the info I needed from the Epson website and set up this printer to use with my work laptop. It prints and scans fast and the touchscreen is nice to use.
