Vertical Lines On Monitor Screen

Well they didnt lie when they said zero distortion. Vertical lines stay vertical. The only issue of sorts is heavy vignetting but I find it easy to clear up. Well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG has just introduced the 28” DuaUP monitor, and it has completely changed the way I look at dual monitors. The ability to have two monitors stacked into one vertical space saves not only desk space but also has boosted my productivity. Now I’m able to have up to 4 separate windows fully running on the same screen, where has this product been all my life. Its vertical nature allows for programs such as Excel and Word to fully fill out the page and maximize viewing. It can also play Fullscreen videos like any other monitor but can have multiple videos on the same screen. It comes with a fully integrated light sensor and setup is a breeze. The package comes with the monitor, stand, many different cables to accommodate all types of setups, and lastly several pieces of literature on how to use the product. Overall, I really recommend this monitor to anyone who works from their computer and wants to get lots of things done at once.

If you're of the mind to produce creative images, the concept of vertical and horizontal lines sometimes has to go out the window. The Tokina lens does just that. I wanted something that gave 180 degrees of view, but was wider that my Sigma 16mm f2.8. I tested the lens this morning right after UPS delivered it. I then took the test images, loading them into Photoshop Elements v14, and examined them at 100%. I expected curvi-linear lines, and got them in spades. Light came from directly behind, and the colors were well saturated, but not overly so. It's being used on a D500, and focus was near instantaneous. This is not a $2K fisheye, and I'm not expecting that type of performance, but it does perform above its price point. It's light, and will compliment my lens battery perfectly. Well done, Tokina

I love this for my on camera cable.. I have server lines out of the camera. I love this one for my on board monitor. I can adjust the monitor in an infinite of ways without the cable clutter you'd expect. Love it...

Before I bought this screen, I noted several comments about lines in the screen material. I was concerned because I recently threw away two silver matte material screens for that very problem. I couldn't use the old screens without having my photos/videos distorted. When I opened the new Epson, it did have vertical lines in the material. However, when I projected photos and videos on it, I could not see any signs of distortion in my images. I left the screen standing open for a few days, and the lines fell out of it. I love the sturdy construction and ease of set up. Yes, it is heavier than my old 40 square format screen, but it is also a lot larger. If you require a portable projection screen, you can feel comfortable passing by some of the more expensive units and purchasing the Epson Duet.

I will not reveal my age, but lets just say I remember Atari with the two lines on either side of the screen and the ball/dot going back and forth. I have owned every game system that has came out. This thing is crazy. I would say my favorites are the VR fishing and the 3D puzzles. I only wish I could enjoy more without the motion sickness ugh. I used to laugh at watching videos of people walking into walls or freaking out with this headset on. I stopped laughing. I truly understand why now, it is soooo realistic. So easy to set up and use. Amazing.

this monitor is bananas. great colors for a VA. no flickering. no dead pixels. no lines like the G8 is flawed with. HDR is legit. the curve doesnt take much getting used to if you already use a 1500 or 1800R monitor. hits 165hz ezpz. AAA titles look amazing.

Works as advertised, nice and heavy metal, clean lines and not over designed. looks really nice with my UltraWide monitor and Klipsch promedia. Branding is not intrusive. Does not sag when holding my audiotechnica m50s.

I just purchased my third SSL-36. My original need was vertical lighting of a green screen. I just built a system to carry three of these high and horizontal across the front of the video stage. If I can get an extension power cable from Generay between the control module and the lamp this will be a perfect stage light system. The photo shows my test build of a transportable stage lighting rig. The unobstructed span from light stand to light stand is 17'. The horizontal pole is 1 1/4 aluminum pipe joined with speed rail connectors. The stands are Manfrotto 231CS. They are substantial and transportable. I found that doubling the sliding arm is needed when the load gets heavy. A pair of the 50 vertical strips lights is planned for the green screen
