Vhf Wireless Microphone Frequencies

PDWM2135 VHF Dual-Frequency Wireless System with 2 Handheld Microphones is a very good set and value. It performs well. I had the 2130 and it was a dud, this one is head and shoulders above it. I highly recommend.

This system is replacing a 25 year old VHF wireless unit. Sound is clear, natural and free from hiss and hum. Everything worked right out of the box. The mics will be used in our college TV studio, and although they probably won't last another 25 years... for the money we got a good deal.

The WMS-PRO VHF Wireless Lavalier Handheld Mic System worked very well. Except for the flimsy construction, the unit served the purpose and did a good job.

For a VHF wireless mic this performs very well. The first time i used this equipment i was very impressed. i walked down a concrete stairway and still got noise free reception some 50m from the transmitter at the main door! a great buy for the price and both mics work very well with the product. used the Azden WMS-PRO VHF Wireless Lavalier in a big hangar with tremendous echo. it cut out all the extra noise and picked up the voice like a champ! range was strong up to 40'. would love to be able to have it handle up to 2 or 3 wireless lavaliers to make interviews and other multiple voice recordings super smooth.

Shure's SLXD wireless line represents a major improvement. More frequencies, Wireless Workbench, great stability & sound quality. The bodypacks seem to be fairly power hungry, but good batteries can last the whole day. Supply chain issues stunted the rollout of the SLXD line. If you can find them, buy them! B&H seems to have stock when others are backordered.

Replaces an older wireless set. Great pickup along all frequencies for vocal performance.

It's a elastic shock mount and does what it is meant to. If you have a PR40, you really should have this to help non acoustical low frequencies from being picked up by the microphone and eating up headroom. The microphone is not particularly bad on it's own, this just makes it better. The PR40 foam windscreen fits perfectly with this.

Like it says, this is the third purchase from B&H for this same microphone system in different frequencies, one in each of my group exercise areas. The instructors love how small and condensed the microphone is with no external battery pack. This has always been the right choice for us and I highly recommend the Airline 77.
