Video Camera For Home Videos

I use this camera for both family/ home videos and my own personal video projects which are more creative/travel projects. The camera works very well for both applications. It's small enough to carry easily for family outings but also has the features and images quality necessary for more professional use.

Home Videos by the causal user, around the home and Grandson videos this Media Mod greatly improved the Voice quality and also with the Media light helped remove pesky unwanted shadows.

... i did not use dolly yet, never had time, but from the first sight it looks ok. I'm very fresh in video production (amature). i would like to start doing some home videos, it will be my new hobby. i hope i can save money and buy more stuff from B&H. Thank you guys.

I used it to do a video on a wedding and it did the work fine. I'll thinking on buying a second one to do my own videos at home. Just buy it, you'll be pleased.

I use these for my larger home video collection, as well as various videos. These are a lot less expensive than SDXC cards, so I like that. And so far, no coasters, I also like that

I use the product for home videos only, and I switched from an old Panasonic because I was getting too grainy a video. That isn't a problem with this camcorder. It takes great video in all light conditions, and I've been incredibly happy with it. I have filmed pheasant hunts and been able to zoom in on the birds before the flush, I have filmed Christmas morning in low light, and I have filmed a squirrel jumping 20' to a bird feeder and watched all the videos in crystal clarity on a 60 TV afterwards. I am very happy with this camera.

These are the perfect thing for my home video studio. With the pandemic and people watching more videos than ever, great looking video is how we communicate. These are perfect addition to my studio!

I use it for zoom and other home videos

I've used a 720P HD Flip Video camera for many years and have been quite satisfied with the performance. I use the camera to record repairs to homes and golf carts for the owners of rental homes in my program as well as capturing videos of our travels. This camera puts the Flip to shame for several reasons. The video quality is quite a step up and the ease of download and handling of the videos is so much easier it's ridiculous. The wide angle view captures the entire scene and the huge reduction in panning helps to keep continuity in the intended video.I would like to see a far more instructive manual for it's use. @

I make technical videos for my company and send them to our offices in China. I also travel to China and make the videos there for the office here in the USA. I first made videos believe it or not with a Fujifilm S9000 in the movie mode. Then I thought I was really cool when the gave me a Hi 8 camera! Then came the GL2 WOWIE..... talk about top quality video and ease of use. I did what any other consumer would do and took it out of the box and made my first video..(a fashion show) it was horrible... THEN I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.. Althought this camera has many different modes, ie snow, Aperture priorty, shutter priorty, I like the manual mode... having total control is what i like! Now for what I dont like!! I travel from the USA to China often and it gets a little cumbersome taking this camera. Althought the video quality is awesome, i foraske portability. I have a pelican (#1510 case) that i keep my gear in but it still gets tiring carrying it around. I am gonna take a Canon HV30 on my next trip!
