Authentic batteries are always the way to go. I saw reviews of third party ones not being waterproof.

Amazing bag, very roomy, waterproof. Ignore the reviews that say this thing sheds wax, it's waxed canvas that is very lightly waxed. It's supposed to feel a little bit waxy, amazingly enough. Room for 4 lenses easily, your batteries, your memory cards, your camera, your camera manual, pens, pencils, lens cleaning kit, extension tubes, and just about whatever else you want. Stuff it to the gills, and travel. That's what it's for.

Use for action video camera and accessories. Waterproof, dustproof, lightweight, indestructible.

I bought this camera for two things. To video dogs I was grooming and to video dogs I was training. I use these videos for training new employee purposes as well as for the customers enjoyment. I've already posted one on my YouTube channel. It does come with a non waterproof back to the waterproof camera case so you can record sound better. Perfect for what I'm doing. I'm not going to submerse the camera but it may get splashed a bit when bathing a dog. It should be splash proof even with the slotted back on it. I attached it to a chest harness while I was grooming and that worked out much better than a helmet cam would have. You can see clearly everything my hands are doing. And because it's attached to a chest harness it's right under my chin so picks up sound well. Surprisingly it was not in my way at all, although I looked a bit odd with it on. Got this based on other reviews I read. It's really a perfect size to slip into a waterproof case and is a great single use solution to keep moisture away

Good Camera with tough body and got waterproof

Works great with her Coolpix S30 waterproof camera.

I read all the reviews and all the griping about autofocus but with the correct lens and the correct settings it just really isn't an issue for me! This camera is very lite and perfect for vlogging. I have it mounted on a gorillapod with a 12mm f/1.4 Panasonic Leica lens with a Movo mic and it's the perfect setup for me! The settings are laid out well and very easy to get to for on the fly changes. Great video and the battery life is actually really awesome. Don't hesitate to get this camera for video!

I ordered this after watching a number of reviews (TechnologyMafia - aka Arthur R) on primes to get for my APS-C Sony cameras. As I have the A6000 and the A6400, I wondered whether I would need stabilization for photos and vides as neither camera has it, nor does this lens. It is not necessary as the wide angle of view, proper camera holding (you can use a tripod if you want, or gimbal for smooth video), and the right shutter speed (I don't go any lower than 1/60 for photos) I don't have any issues. This isn't quite as fast a focus as the Sony 35mm f1.8 OSS, but I think the images are sharper. I've used this for video and photos and have not been disappointed.
