I have an arcade machine with over 30,000 games on it. It tears up normal hard drives, makes them run super hot and slow. I have had several hard drives go up on me because it is trying to access to much date. This SSD was expensive but worth every penny. The games run 10 times faster and this hard drive never heats up. If you have a MAME arcade machine this is the answer. 5 |

I am an old timer using my computer for games. My new dog eat my old Joystick so I needed a new one. This unit has proven to be a great addtion to my computer gaming. All the axis work great unlike my old unit. I should thank my dog this unit is much better then my last unit. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since game console makers can't seem to come to grips with the fact that their sames take up so much memory and that they, for reasons unknown, still insist on releasing systems with only enough memory to store 3 games on (War Zone, Cold War and Vanguard) them...wanna play the new Resident Evil Village? Too bad because you can't...wait a minute! Yes you can! With the samsung - 980 PRO PCIe ® 4.0 NVMe™ SSD 1TB you can increase that measly manufacturer supplied memory and store more games than the console itself does ND with zero lag, zero overheating and amazing performance! I give it all the stars and only wish I had been able to afford the 2TB lol 5 |

I recently bought a Switch Lite which is now my primary console (I own the OG Switch as well) and needed a larger SD card for all the games I'll be downloading on it.
