Video Lights For Videography

I had a great experience with the lights for my videography. One of the weddings was in a low light venue and the other was in a barn. In both Occasions the lights have shown a great performance and the display to show and regulate the degree of lighting used was a very useful feature! The video turned out to be amazing with the color the light produced. Not too white nor too yellow, just about right! I must say these are excellent lights and my plans are to upgrade them to the 1000 once I have my Studio running to use them for photography as well. My wife was the photographer at the weddings and she saved her flash quite often, while getting some very nice exposed pictures. I know there are a lot of different brands out there, but being it my first experience with these lights , I am most probably going to stay with this brand and promote it where I can. Not only the quality, performance and built are very well done, also the stylish color and design is very appealing and looks professional! I have also seen that there are several possibilities to add accessories and the only point I would raise is that barn doors and at least one filter to protect the lights would have been good to go with the original pack, but that's just aside! They definitely have the right power and with 2 of them correctly positioned you can kill off any shadows Would definitely buy again and was the right choice!

I have been using this lens for both wedding videography as well as short videos in general. For weddings, the bokeh makes for gorgeous lights in the background. Combined with the A7S, this makes for a low-light beast. With APS-C mode in the A7s, this doubles as a 200mm and can reach that length perfectly. This has sparked far more love for Rokinon and their products.

I bought the three light color set for use in both still photography and videography. They appeared to be a good value on-line, and proved to be so. My church is currently pre-recording worship services and I needed to supplement the sanctuary lights in some instances. As an indication of how easy the lights are to use, FedEx dropped the package off about 10 minutes before I had to leave for my weekly recording sessions. Within three hours, I had used them to light video segments in three sanctuary locations, as well as several still shot sessions. I have not used all features yet, but am very pleased so far.

These lights are indispensable in my work. I do a lot of automotive videography, and these lights are always in use. The fit anywhere, the quality of light is lovely, and the battery life is simply impressive.

I have used this on numerous commercial video shoots as well as personal videography/photography and it never disappoints. Clean picture quality and excellent performance. At the extreme end of the filtering, it becomes unusable with heavy vignetting and distortion, but the other 80% of the dial is great! Great for budget content creators!

This lens is awesome for low light videography and photography. I primary use it for video. The stunning F1.8 aperture ensures that enough light will expose the shot and prevent noise from having to set the ISO too hight to compensate for a higher aperture lens.

I do professional videography but I started out years ago shooting on a Pentax K1000 film camera. I bought the a6000 primarily for shooting video with a large sensor camera. This camera is fantastic. At around $500 there is nothing that comes close in features and it has a aps C sensor which is found in 90% of all dslr and mirrorless cameras. I’ve seen canon 1” sensor point ant shoot cameras for hundreds more. I shoot low light wedding videos on this camera and the video looks fantastic. It also shoots video in Sony’s xavc 50 mbps format which is found on Sony cameras and pro camcorders costing thousands more. This small camera is a beast!

I'm a amateur videography, I have a 7D camera I video scenery and landscape. 502HD Pro Video Head is a silk smooth pro video head, they I ever use. The pan and tilt drag is awesome. It a heavy duty video head.
