Video Surveillance Camera Footage

This is an awesome camera for video and vlogging! It shoots crispy footage and is very lightweight. Perfect for someone who wants to vlog but also has the specs to do well in most video situations.

I have been filming my video productions on the A7II, and it is a dream to have even more crisper footage with this camera body. The images are beyond beautiful! If you are a dedicated sony filmmaker, I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed with the investment. :)

I'm really liking this camera so far! The settings were easy to figure out and the video footage has been coming out great. The autofocus is so fast and it's incredibly quiet with the kit lens. I'm excited to get more practice with it! Quite a step up from the older mirrorless camera I was using previously.

I thought getting a drone would open up more possibilities for my productions. I've only had it for a little while and I can see how it will allow me to get shots I never could have gotten before. There's def a learning curve (I was not raised on video games) but in the meantime the controls makes sense and there are enough safeguards to keep the drone from crashing. Its one of the reasons I chose this besides the fact that it has a better camera than the less expensive models. I want my drone shots to work in with my Blackmagic and Panasonic cameras. That's the tricky part. Right out of the box I could see that this camera was not really not going to give me those looks. However, once I started using the ND filters, that's when the footage starting looking workable. Without the ND filters there's something sort of Go Pro looking about the images. So from my experience so far, it seems you really need ND filters for what they bring to an image. Now I can see how I will be able to integrate the drone footage into something like a short film or music video. You just have to be smart about how you do it I suppose. There's something magical about drone footage. It's sort of like slow motion footage. You can film just about anything and it makes you see things in a new way. I've been preparing for the part 107 license so I can use the Mavic 3 Classic commercially at some point. In the meantime, I will practice thinking backwards when the thing is flying backwards toward me. That's that hard part.
