Let me start by saying I was skeptical to go with this projector because I didn't think it would blow me away at this price, and I have a great VAVA 4K ultra short throw projector (which I'm selling now). This was the best move I ever made! Now that I have this new projector with zoom, pan and tilt adjustment knobs, I will never get a projector again without these features! Because of this flexibility, I'm able to achieve 165 screen in my living room at just about 14.75 feet! Insane! In order to get 150 screen from the VAVA, it has to sit too far from the screen and then it's sitting in the middle of the room. (I dont recommend an ultra short throw unless you have 14ft ceilings or higher because it's the only way to get a huge screen while having it sit not too far from the screen/wall. With the images size I'm getting now, it's like I have an IMAX screen in my living room. Picture is amazing! Looks like real 4K even though this scales 1080p to 4K like most projectors under a certain price (the VAVA scaled to 4K too and it cost nearly $3k). I can't tell the difference! Very sharp. Great color. Great black levels. You just can't beat this quality at this price! No way! Look really pro. The remote is really cool too. The keys light up when you press them which is very helpful at night. Came with batteries too. When you turn off this unit, it automatically covers the lens which is so cool! BUY IT!!! I highly recommend it! But do your research first and read everything about to make sure it's for you. This thing is just sexy! Not heavy either. The body looks like a $20,000 Sony projector. I'm in love! (I'll try to get pictures up in the near future. Too busy right now.) 5 |

Using to store/transport a 3500 lumen ultra short throw projector with an integrated mirror.. Pelican Case holds it securely with no worries that it will be jarred in transport or storage.. Build quality is excellent and the foam inserts were easy to customize for the perfect fit. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking at 4K Ultra Short Throw projectors, and the specs on this one surpass the others on the market. The big question is *price*. 5 |

I bought this projector to replace a 1080p Viewsonic projector that I own. Will be using it in the Hometheater room - dark and no light. This projector works really well in that space. I could test 4K videos using the Chromecast with Google TV and the video looks great. No stuttering or troubles displaying 4K. The colours are reproduced well and I'd say black levels are really good. I've tested HDR with the PS4 HDR capability and it looks great. I am waiting to use this with a PS5 - alas I have still not been able to get my hands on one. 5 |

This is the 3rd View Sonic I have bought. When time came around to replace the aging workhorse projector in my production studio, I was seduced by all the new led projector brands with extraordinary specs. I bought 2 and returned both. Somehow their 4K video / 5000 lumens was not as bright, as clear or as distinct as a View Sonic’s HD/ 3600 lumens. Their keystone correction was nearly useless, there was no physical zoom ring to frame the image to the screen, and neither of them could really clearly project at 20’ distance the way the View Sonic can. They lacked signal-on sensing, they couldn’t do pass through audio... in short they fell far short of the prosumer features standard on the ViewSonic. So I returned home to ViewSonic. The projector is not 4K, but for me, that is not an issue, the HD video is plenty clear and resolved. The projector works perfectly. As for the purchase experience from B&H, this is the second professional purchase I have made this spring from B&H, choosing them for superior turnaround, and responsiveness. Bth delicate pieces of tech were well packed, arrived quickly, were clearly brand new and worked perfectly out of the box. ViewSonic and B&H don’t disapoint. 5 |

I was looking for a 4K projector for a while and noticed ViewSonic just lunched a new 4K projector in the market. I decided to give a try on this product, since I want to build a home theater at home. Especially, it's not a good timing to watch movie in a movie theater this year. Overall, the quality is good, speaker made by Harman Kardon which is nice. I'm impressed the sounds and volumes, also the image quality, it's awesome. I'm satisfied my decision. 5 |

I recently bought the ViewSonic® X2-4K Projector, and it’s incredible! The huge 120-inch display transforms my gaming and movie nights into immersive experiences. The 4K Ultra HD resolution delivers stunning clarity, and the 240Hz refresh rate ensures smooth gameplay. The Harman Kardon speakers provide rich, clear audio that enhances every scene and soundtrack. It’s the perfect companion for my Xbox. Highly recommended! 5 |

This was a move up from an Epson 5030ub, so bulb based 1080p to native 4K laser is quite the jump. I’m projecting on a 135” budget 1.0 gain grey screen and the colors, contrast and brightness are spectacular. I sit about 14’ away and the detail and sharpness of the image is so much better than what I was used to. I love that Epson for what it is but this is in a different league. Having only had the projector for a couple of weeks, I’m still playing with different settings and testing various 4K media with my Oppo so still have to spend more time with this to really get to know it. The only con I’ve noticed so far is it can crush some black detail in difficult scenes but I may be able to tease out some image with some adjustment tweaks, not a deal breaker for me but worth mentioning. Also, my old projector was supposed to have a similar lumen rating and had about 900hr on the bulb but this is significantly brighter. Haven’t put the laser past 60 (50 is default) and won’t need to unless I am keeping some lights on in the room. Last thing is it is much quieter than the old Epson and is mounted right above my head so that is also a big plus, hope it stays this quiet. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this projector to replace an excellent Epson HD LCD projector. I was attracted to the laser light source and liked that this LG model had two separate colors which I thought would reduce the likelihood of rainbow patterns and indeed I haven't noticed these at all so far. The 4K is crisp and the picture is bright. HDR mode is very noticeable and I like the range of picture options. I use an Apple 4K TV and Xbox Series X so wasn't too interested in the onboard WebOS but its generally pretty responsive and intuitive so probably useful to have. The projected image does have a small thin light border and in super-widescreen 2.35:1 mode there are of course lighter bars at top and bottom; I'm not sure why with all the adaptive dimming technology they couldn't make it go really dark in those areas too, but projecting onto a wall with custom sprayed paint using MissisipiMan's formula in the AVSforum works really well with this projector and still looks better than the movie theater and is a big improvement over the Epson because of the 4K and laser technology, and is now useable in a brighter room. My advice is save your money on the expensive screen and splurge on this projector if you are thinking about it. I do think this technology is a generation ahead of the last and what's nice is it's also LG quality (I knew they made the best LCD IPS panels for computer displays as we have 6 of them, but now find they make really good projectors too) and really nice design and aesthetics. Switching on and off is fast and reliable and ambient noise seems quieter than anything else we have in the media room. We run a 30ft HDMI cable originally intended for 18Gbps through the ceiling and I was glad it didn't have to be replaced and meets all the XBox and Apple diagnostic tests at 4K/60Hz and 1080p/120Hz and works well with ARC sound too, even with a 3 year old receiver. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own LG projector PB60G is my first and still use till today as daily watching projector in 100” size screen in dark room. I really like this projector because it very small portable but still give good picture quality. However many technology change many of other media player devices now are capable of driving higher resolution beyond what my projector capable. Then i’m looking for upgrade my projector and what i’m looking for now is ULTRA SHORT THROW 4K LASER PROJECTOR. I search through many brand there are some cheap 4k projector but not liked or laser, some Chinese UST 4k laser project but I don’t like Android OS that come with it. Now LG has HU85LA that i’m looking for and still waiting for it’s coming out. So exciting about this projector. 5 |
