We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household! 5 |

After my Apple battery start to puff my 2011 11" was vintage, no help from Apple, the 2012 11" battery is the same (the still have that one) but they would not sell me one.... shame on you Apple, you lost a sale. Turned to this aftermarket for a replacement. I would not buy a cheap eBay battery but this branded one has warranty and is a direct replacement. If anything it maybe 1mm or so thicker, the back plate was fine once screwed down. But was a little proud without the screws. Work fine, system profiler can ready cycles and battery info OK. 5 |
