Vintage Atlas Microphone Stands Instructions

I have these Atlas stands that are vintage and one of them developed an inability to clutch and tighten and hold the height. This kit did the trick. I will probably order another as a spare.

I Have used these Atlas stands at church for many years, recently decided to add more microphones and add 4 more Stands. Same great stand, good quality, and built like a tank. You cant go wrong with these Atlas MS10 stands.

Atlas has great customer service. I had a vintage swivel joint but no arm that fit. Atlas actually dug through their inventory and sent me a couple of arms they don't make anymore as well as another swivel joint for free! So I bought two of these MS25 stands and those arms and joint sit atop in full glory. I like that though these are heavy, they are easy to move around and really don't have that big of a foot print. I wouldn't extend my U87 all the way out without a sandbag, but i don't think they were designed for that anyway.

Just like the other Atlas stands I own, this is rock solid. I expect it to serve well for many years to come.
