Purchased this receiver to power a pair of Klipsch Quartet vintage speakers. This receiver has more than enough power to easily drive my Klipsch speakers to concert levels. No need for bells and whistles or a subwoofer in my setup. The receiver delivers all that is needed to listen to great stereo recordings from traditional media sources,

Could not believe reviews! I am truly amazed at the sound (comparing to very expensive Klipsch Forte and JBL L36). Will run these 24/7 for break in, the sound can only improve. Super absurd buy! Everyone can have great sound for an unbelievable price.

I have been a fan of Klipsch for years going back to my Forte's purchased in 1987. I drifted away and went to definitive technologies and Polk but when my last Polk sub blew I found a deal on the R-120sw and it rocks.....but the print on the amp is to small to read. And the led on the front that you can only see at night? Who thought of that? that's the dumbest thing I've ever seen and you can only see it at night. And I still use the forte's

Purchased on sale and very happy with the sound. I have it driving a pair of Klipsch RP 600m speakers and the sound is very engaging. Playing mostly CDs from a Panasonic UB 9000 Blue Ray player that does not disappoint. I plan on testing the as 701 with my monitor audio gold 100 speakers but still am satisfied with the Klipsch sound. Highly recommended.

I run all Klipsch for my 7.1.4 and the surround speakers simply weren't doing the job in context (the mains are Cornwall IV's for example). So I replaced the Klipsch RP 502 II's with the RP 600 II's and am enjoying a much better surround experience.

The Klipsch RP-8000F II speakers provide great sound without breaking the bank. As a previous Klipsch RP-8000F owner, I was skeptical of buying these speakers since they just sounded terrific. Whenever a manufacturer comes out with a newer model within 2-3 years, you can expect some minor improvement to justify the higher pricing. The RP-8000F II speakers do not follow this pattern. Instead they offer even better audio than the original. Listening to these speakers, it sounded as though I added an additional subwoofer to give much improved bass. Klipsch has improved the size of the horn to make the RP-8000F IIs sound as good as they are. Of course, you also get Klipsch's outstanding build quality. These speaker weigh an amazing 60+ pounds each! Although I use these speakers primarily for home theater, they also provide great audio for music applications. If you're looking for an outstanding speaker for a medium to large room, you can't beat the Klipsch RP-8000F II speakers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The klipsch RP-6000f II are well built, they are very high end speakers. The sound you get from them is crazy. The speaker has 2 6.5 in subwoofers and one 1 inch titanium tweeter. The speaker comes with a magnetic grate. I love this speakers

I have used Klipsch speakers for the last 30 years. I am a fanatic over this brand knowing higher quality exists and excessive pricing mostly are available. I am used to the Klipsch floor standing speakers as they fill my living surrounding entertainment rooms. Currently, I am on a 5.2.4 set up. I read about these RP-600M-II for a while and lately many user statements praise them high. I needed it to find out and pulled the trigger purchasing a set. Wow was my first reaction. I know and understand about the bad reviews, and I figure. they have an equipment problem not a speaker issue. Highs and lows can be adjusted to your will. RP-600M-II perform -engineered to almost perfection.
