I've played my Les Paul thru it, my classical/electric thru it, sang thru it & listened to YouTube thru it. This EON is incredible. The 8" woofers put out ear-piercing 300 watts of sound. Plenty for any backyard party or indoor party. The settings include reverb for balancing any tone needed. Even though you can play your electric axe thru it, the EON is not designed for this. My Les Paul sounded too bright, even after adjusting the EQ settings. You can get by if you need a quick plug-in to work on a song without plugging into another amp. Each channel has its own settings. The EON is very portable & snaps together nicely in a suitcase-style fashion, making it easy to carry, set up & take down. The headphone input is nice & puts out great sound, just like the speakers. I keep the mixer & speakers apart in the bedroom for solitude practicing & listening to YouTube. Then, I just snap it all together & go. When I discovered this had Bluetooth, I was sold right there! You can play along with any song thru your mobile device. The Bluetooth does not interfere with my XViVe U2 wireless transmitter & receiver. Vocally, the sounds are awsum, too. The accompanying AKG vocal mic works brilliantly! The speakers have a 38mm pole socket for mounting onto speaker poles for maximum outreach. They're also light enough to sit on any cabinet or table. The 2 speaker cables, wall cable, AKG mic & mic cord all fit in a nice, stow-away compartment behind the mixer. Bottom line: I recommend this for any singer-songwriter, DJ, or party host. The price is worth it with the Bluetooth capability. 5 |

I have a small project studio and my main guitar amp is a vintage 1967 Fender Princeton guitar amp. Before purchasing this microphone, I miced it with a classic Sennheiser 409 which records great tone but I wanted something a with a little more high end, enter the MK 4. The MK 4 adds a nice dimension to the 409 and I mix them both together to capture the Princeton the way I want it. It also did not break the bank. 5 |

I'm really happy with the quality of images using vintage lenses with a digital camera. I love being able to use my FD lenses with my DSLR. It functions smoothly and helps me keep my equipment minimal. 5 |

The vintage B&W images I've been printing are so crisp and accurate. These 93 year old negatives that have been scanned in archival quality really come alive on any of the types of paper used. 5 |

Install was easy and straight forward. I scanned several 3D textures as well as some vintage images and found the size of the capture good and easy to work with and a quick scan. I used to have an SCSI interface and that was extremely slow compared to this speed. I was impressed with the accuracy of the colors and the final print out that came later. Thanks Epson and BH for making scanning a joy again! 5 |

While this lens is manual focus, it's not a problem because using it as a closeup lens (sometimes with extension tubes) and sometimes as an alternative landscape lens to my ultra wide, I have plenty of time to get the focus right. And the feel of the focus ring is very smooth with just the right amount of resistance, and not at all the disconnected feeling of an AF lens in MF mode. Some of the reasons I chose and enjoy this lens: 1. It gives an old or vintage look to images that's hard to describe, but like my father's Canon FD lenses, only better in the details. 2. Wide open at f/1.2 aperture there's a dreamy, slightly soft look that some complain about, but it's great if you're going for that look. Stop down to f/2 or smaller and it gets very sharp while still retaining a classic look (compared to modern, clinical, razor sharp lenses). For me this actually makes the lens multi-purpose, giving me more possibilities. 3. The construction reminds me of a Swiss watch, with a super high quality feel and smooth, precise operation. 4. I really appreciate that communication of aperture settings to the camera, so I can see the setting in viewfinder and in metadata when editing images in the computer. My other manual focus lens doesn't do this (but also cost 30% of the Voigtlander). 5. My other lenses are bigger than my camera, so this compact size is a refreshing change (at the cost of auto-focus) and makes the camera handle more like a vintage SLR. Very cool. Also, I've been shopping with B&H for over 30 years when I get cameras and lenses because (unlike some other retailers) they have been honest and fair with me. Even if they have higher prices sometimes, I value their ethics enough that it earns my repeat business. When you treat customers right, they come back... sometimes for decades. 5 |
