Vintage Paper Mate Mechanical Pencil Makers Mark

Cut a piece of copy paper lengthwise into a 1/4” strip. Fold strip in half. Use 1 end to measure depth of vent and make a mark with a pencil. Unfold strip and align with your vents and mark each vent blade with your pencil to obtain the vent width.

Great lead supply for my mechanical pencil. These are very thick and so far, not a single has broken even when I extend a bit. Very happy with these lead refills.

I like the way it makes you feel like you are drawing with a pencil on paper than an iPad.

I bought this to mate my Canon M6 Mark II (in a SmallRig cage) to my new Manfrotto 502AH based on the B&H staff member who stated in the Q&A section that this plate would work. It does work, but I have a feeling the longer PM501L is the better plate for the application. That being said, I was in a time crunch so I used this one anyway and it seems to be a nice piece. I will buy the longer version of the same plate when I free up some funds.

It really feels like paper. It's a joy to use my apple pencil on the iPad.

I used this on my Canon R6 Mark-II with a vintage Canon 550EX flash, worked perfectly.
