I saw a great improvement with video editing and Virtual machine use. I generally need 2 to 3 virtual machine for my project, previously my system used to hang if I use 3 Virtual Machine at the time, after upgrading this to 32 GB, I able to use 4 virtual machines at the same time with no issues. 5 |

I have an arcade machine with over 30,000 games on it. It tears up normal hard drives, makes them run super hot and slow. I have had several hard drives go up on me because it is trying to access to much date. This SSD was expensive but worth every penny. The games run 10 times faster and this hard drive never heats up. If you have a MAME arcade machine this is the answer. 5 |

Got this for the sole purpose of multitasking/content creation/homelabbing. It's really great for my homelabbing needs for virtual machine provisioning, development and testing. I use these 120GB SSDs for my virtual machine installs using Proxmox. VM OS installs do not need much space and these are perfect for the low power draw. Hovering around $21, these are perfect. I have many PNY SSD drives still around from years ago and only displaying 7% wearout being on 24/7. Inexpensive, quality drives. 5 |
