This is absolutely the best monitor I've ever owned! I have visual issues due to MS and needed a monitor that had excellent definition, brightness and contrast...this fits the bill on all accounts. The audio isn't exactly Bose quality but I don't need a monitor I enjoy the sound on but get headaches trying to see, lol. One can always get a mini sound bar if that's important to them...in fact I may do just that so my symphony streams sound like they should. The first monitor arrived broken but B & H swapped it out without a hitch (thanks B & H!). I would definitely recommend this monitor, it's a great value. Would love to have a 2nd one but retired and can't afford it right now.

This monitor has a great visual quality, and just worked when I plugged it into my MBP with Thunderbolt. It has a good sound quality (better than the 34 version of a couple years ago) but not a great sound quality, and my Mac doesn't control the volume unless I install a utility; I have to use the button on the display for that. The only other weakness from my point of view is the lack of built in camera & mic, so you need a webcam to sit on top of it. But even with those weaknesses, I am very happy with this monitor.

This monitor has given me back some good visual experiences on the computer that I was missing with my old monitor and only got on my TV screen. This monitor put my computer back in the game and I can now invest in a video card to go with it and make my computer perform to it's potential.
