Vitamin B12 Tablets For Kids

I use to have to save capsules from medicine/vitamin/etc. bottles and from received shipping packages to place in my camera and computer bags, but since those do not indicate when they are no longer actively absorbing moisture, you never know when you need to discard and replace them.
