With this, now you can use your DJI Osmo to do aerial transition shots to combine with drone footage, film safely over crowds, or where it would be impossible to do so legally or safely with a drone. Nice addition to any Osmo owner's accessories (I use it with DJI articulating locking arm). 5 |

Excellent power backup!! I used this to charge my drone batteries while doing aerial surveys in very rural areas. Not much access to power in the woods, but this provided all we needed. Great product and design!! 5 |

I do real estate photography. For me, this includes Matterport virtual tours, still photography, videography, and aerial video/photography. My Matterport camera has a custom cutout Nanuk 930 case. Quite nice and serves the purpose well. However, for photography, video, and drone/aerial stuff, I was carrying a 930 case for my Nikon D850 camera w/18-35mm lens (and several other lenses), and a Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW for my drone. Aerial photos are requested on EVERY listing. So nonstarter, I bring my drone to every engagement. I wanted to consolidate down to two cases. For real estate photography, I only ever need the 18-35mm. So was looking for something to hold Nikon/18-35mm plus drone. Nanuk offers a case for a DJI Mavic Pro drone, but that does not accommodate the iPad nor the MavMount holder for my iPad, and certainly not the Nikon +18-35mm. The other 930 I had would not accommodate the Nikon plus drone. Looking at my options, I ended up purchasing the Nanuk 933 w dividers and lid organizer. (see attached photo). The extra depth of the 933 enabled me to pack all the gear I needed. The 933 w dividers allows me to segment the case to accommodate the aerial stuff I need, plus the, Nikon plus the 18-35mm, plus stow the iPad in the lid. For me, the optimal solution. As a weird aside, pay attention to the pricing for the 933. The yellow w/ dividers and lid organizer is $341, whereas the orange is $202. Then there are intermediary prices depending on color. Fortunately for me, I was fine with the orange (though would have preferred yellow). I now have 5 Nanuk cases in various configurations. As such, I can mix and match depending on the requirement. The net is that I have total confidence that the Nunuk case will protect my very expensive gear. I won't travel without it. 5 |

I primarily bought this camera for Aerial Video underneath quad copter. My thinking was that a crash would result in the destruction of a $ plus camera in addition to the cost of the quad. To my surprise, very little drop off in picture quality and minimal loss of functionality. I like the zoom feature and the overall video quality. The cons...no app for smartphone (that I know of)...It also comes with a variety of accessories that you have to pay separately with a GoPro. 5 stars!!! I highly recommend if you are doing the same! 5 |

Frankly, I never thought I'd enjoy this little aircraft as much as I do. The buy was on a whim. I own most all of the DJI Prosumer drones. I can easily say that the Avata is the most fun I've had with any of my fleet. The drone can be parked in a shoebox, flown where no other drone can be flown with confidence. Keep in mind that I'm NOT an FPV pilot per se. That will change! I do own the big brother, the DJI FPV. Neither of these aircraft have been flown in Manual mode, yet. I feel that the Avata is the easiest way to learn to fly in Manual mode. Time will tell... The goggles are crystal clear (and a bit uncomfortable on my nose). They provide excellent line of sight range. I can say that I ran out of electrons BEFORE I ran out of miles. But range is NOT what this little drone is all about. This aircraft is all about up close and personal with your subjects. Penetration through houses and forests has not been a problem as long as you stay within 3,000 feet or so (FCC). Highly recommended! 5 |

I've been flying regular drones since 2017, and the FPV drone is really fun. I will say that using the joystick was easy to pickup and run with. This drone is easy to get out of control as well, its fast and does not have all of the safety sensors that other drones have. I put it into full manual and nearly lost control; however I switched it back. This is not an entry level or a hobby drone, its very fast and takes training to know how to use it. I am glad that I did buy it, and am going to take my time to learn and train on a simulator before going full manual. 5 |
