It has a night light which helps a lot. It also has a good weight to it as well. You can connect and use this to replace many remotes. Very useful. Didnt come with batteries it takes two AA.

I got this about a week ago and I wish I had gotten one sooner. This is my first home theater system. I’m not very tech savvy so it is taking me a while to get everything set up correctly since I am learning as I go. The VIZIO V-Series 5.1 Home Theater System is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I am definitely hooked and will never be without one again. Now I am going to have to go buy a new high tech VIZIO TV so I can get the full enjoyment. The sleek and modern look makes it appealing for any home theater enthusiast. The sound bar makes any ordinary TV, a powerful system. The difference is noticeable with the first sound making its way through the speakers. You feel as if the theater is right in your very own home. The overall setup is easy, anyone can put it together. You do not need to be tech savvy for this. The instructions are clear and concise. All cables are included and you do not need to purchase anything else. Everything is labeled so there is no making mistakes. An amateur could hook this up, thats the main thing I love. This is so easy for my elderly parents to use. You will be amazed by vizio v-series 5.1 home theater, it is the best thing to have. You will never watch tv, movies, shows, etc the same way. I use it for a home theater

It transfers the dolby atmos soundtrack to my home theater receiver on all streaming services flawlessly unlike some other streaming devices. I love the 10 second forward and back feature using the arrow keys. I love that it can pick up my streaming service logins that were entered with my earlier roku purchase. Only minus....i wish they had a 4k dolby vision and dolby atmos product that would also work with an infrared remote so i could use a universal remote rather than the roku remote. IR and RF options in the same streaming device would be nice so i have a choice of remote.

The screen of my new home theater lowers down and covers the face of my components, making remote controls inoperable. The C2G Infrared Remote Control Repeater Kit installed in a couple of minutes and solved this problem. Now the remote controls, including my Logitech Harmony One, work like a charm, with no noticeable delay. I highly recommend this repeater kit.
