Vizio Tv Audio Settings For Soundbar

I recently bought this Vizio soundbar, and after many attempts to pair it with my tv, I finally got it set with the help of my son-in-law. It sounds amazing!

I have an older model Vizio TV, and the sound from the internal speakers stopped working. Instead of disposing of the TV, I decided to try connecting it to a soundbar. Therefore, I purchased your soundbar and connected it to the optical in port to the TV, and it works, and it sounds great. Now, if I can get a couple more years of use from the TV, the cost of the soundbar will be worth it. If not, I can use the soundbar with one of my other Vizio Smart TVs.

The sound bar works perfectly with my Vizio TV. The system settings are integrated into the TV settings menu. Also, you hardly need the sound bar remote because the TV remote controls it nicely.

I purchased this soundbar to use with my Samsung Q60A QLED TV as voices were often hard to hear on programs. Since the TV had Q-Symphony, I wanted a soundbar that also had the option. The soundbar also had to be small to fit between the feet, so this was the size I needed. I read the included instructions for setting up both TV and soundbar and expected to be hunting for settings and getting options turned on to take advantage of the soundbar. Hooked the two up using ARC, hit the power button, and immediately had sound pumping through TV and soundbar speakers. I checked the settings and the system had made all the changes automatically. Yes, your mileage may vary if your TV is a different brand. Samsung made it easy. Sound is significantly improved, a deeper, richer sound and voices are much easier to follow. .

Excellent picture, good off-angle viewing. adequate menus and settings. Don't bother with TV sound unless you have to, I bought the Samsung HW-N400 TV Mate Stereo Soundbar. The two work perfectly together and HDMI ARC is in sync. Soundbar is also great for the money, but don't expect too much format. This setup in a recessed box over our porch fireplace and is covered by a painting when not in use. Very Happy.
