I recently started to record a Pilates and wellness vlog so I can upload them to youtube. I got a DSLR camera for it, but the sound quality from the camera sounded far and pretty noisy since I do teh vlog mostly outdoor. Adding the JOBY shotgun mic fixed it! The mic its self is quite big for my liking but the audio out of its is very good for the price you pay for it. If you are looking to Vlog or just upgrade your audio this would be a great item for you. I would not recommend this if you want a professional audio sound out of a shotgun mic, to that i would say get the pro version. 5 |

I upgraded from the Rebel t3i and so far, so good. The biggest issue for me with my old camera was the unreliable focus, since I vlog and usually have nobody to help me with that. The t6i was the choice for me because it has the smart autofocus better cameras have, like the 70D, for example, but still has the same portability of my t3i. With almost the same weight and size, it practically doesn't feel like a new camera. I travelled with it to New York and Washington D.C. and it felt just as natural as my t3i used to. 5 |
