The 14mm f2.8 XF on my XE-1 is a very serious photographic tool. Like the XF 35mm f1.4. it is tack sharp and when used properly is only limited by the excellent sensor on the camera. In comparing the results with my M9 and several asph Leica lenses, it is obvious the Fuji combo is superior. I know this is heresy to some , but I have been shooting Leica for 50+ years, and I cannot ignore the dimension that Fuji XF line has added to my photography. The 14mm makes the 18mm unnessary. When the 14mm image is cropped to the 18mm coverage, the 14mm crop is noticeably sharper than the full image of the 18mm. its hard to find fault with this lens. Focusing is dead on, Color and contrast as well as resolution are very impressive. This lens is great for anything that is not moving fast, and this includes my grand children. For them I have to wait until they pause and then take the shot. This is a lens for photographers. Techno Weenies and pixel counters may be able find problems, Those of us that feel that the end result when it comes out of a printer is what we are after, will be delighted they have this lens in their bag. 5 |

I have a Zeiss 18mm f2.8 and the Sony FE 35mm f1.8 but needed something in the 24mm focal range. Really wanted the Sony FE 24mm f1.4 the the price was just to high for me. When Sigma announced the 24mm f2 and I saw the price it piqued my interest and after reading and watching some of the reviews by Christopher Frost and Dustin Abbott I decided to pull the trigger and get it. This thing exudes quality, reminds me of some of my Vintage lenses, no cheap plastic on this lens, even has a metal lens hood. It's a joy to use and it's SHARP, very happy. PS I tried to upload some images but was unsuccessful. don't know it the files are to large or what. You can check my flickr account for photos. Robert ' Flickr 5 |

This is a real gem. I had rented the Nikon 18mm f2.8 lens many times, but this third-party lens performs equally well at a quarter the price. Add in the de-clicked aperture and follow focus rings and it's and even better value. The only problem I have is that it's significantly smaller than my Rokinon Cine lenses which means having to adjust the follow focus and gimbal balance a lot when I switch. 5 |

I picked up a Sony a7r2 beginning of 2017 with a GM 24-70mm lens n took pix of the solar eclips n 5 natinal parks along the way. I was happy with my gear until my buddy lend me his Zeiss Batis 18mm f2.8 n i took it out to Joshua Tree National Park with another buddy n took pix of the Milky Way. Wow, after that nite, i knew i had to hav mine own Zeiss Batis. After i got my own Batis 18mm i lend it to my daughter when she studied abroad in Singapore n took amazing pix. The clincher is when i brought it to iceland n shot pix of aurora borealis n the pix were just mind blowing. I'm just a guy with ZERO PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINING who just enjoy takng pix but my aurora pix now are on 4 different walls in my 4 different friends' houses. My daughter is graduating from college in 2019 n guess what she wants for graduation...yup, a Sony Zeiss Batis 18mm f2.8. It has arrived from B&H n is now waiting to take pix that will be hung next to a university diploma. My wife n i r heading out to Japan in 4 days n my Batis will b going with us. I must admit to 1 downside to having the Zeiss Batis 18mm f2.8...i need more walls in my house. 5 |

All my lenses are 67mm but one; the lovely Rokinon 18mm f2.8 which is 58mm. This ring allows me to use all my 67mm filters with my 18mm lens saving me a lot of money in 58mm filters. Recomended! 5 |

The 18mm f2 FUJI lens is an excellent all around lens. The sharpness of the images is up there with higher priced lenses.Bokeh is great if you know how to manipulate the image and settings well enough.. Construction feels well built, but not heavy or exaggerated, certainly feels durable.. I use this lens daily for just walking around and taking random shots.. 5 |

I needed something to protect my Fuji XE2s with an 18mm lens but did not want something too big or hard. Fuji has a leather case for this camera but it's made for the 16-55mm zoom lens, thus it's too big. I was very pleased to have found this soft pouch at B&H. It's very light and the size is just right. I can put both in my carryon without taking too much room. Highly recommend it! 5 |

I use these filters on 18mm and 35mm Fuji XF lenses. The filters and metal lens hoods stay on the lenses all the time, without the need for the factory lens caps that always fall off the hoods. 5 |
