W1 Bluetooth Receiver

After much research I purchased the BeatsX headphones from many similar products. I like its W1 Bluetooth chip which enables the headphones to stay connected to my iPhone phone through walls. Nice. The BeatsX will also allow fast charging and a long battery life of up to 8 hours. I really like all these convenient features and to my ears they sound great.

I bought this receiver for the Bluetooth connectivity. I am now able to play my iTunes songs from the iTunes cloud through my iPhone and the new Receiver to our inside and / or outside speakers - all from my lounge chair. I am handicapped, so this is of great help to me.

I use it with the Nikon ME-W1 on a D500. Works great.

Great receiver for garage or man cave Bluetooth setup

Very straightforward 2 ch receiver with bluetooth and a turntable pre. Respectable power output... Clean looks... and, it's a SONY!

This receiver has revitalized my 1980s stereo system by allowing Bluetooth transfer from my Sony Walkman (CD quality) and from an iPhone. When powered the receiver goes into pairing mode--your device remembers this receiver...you are connected. So far there has been no problem with connection or distance from the receiver. As this is my second unit (first attached to another stereo system) I only wish I could rename the unit as it comes up with the same name...only to be identified by the Bluetooth address. If you only have one of these, this will not be an issue. Attachment is simple: connect using RCA supplied cord to your receiver aux input. Having it on a switched plug on the receiver is very convenient. If not, you would have to push the light button to switch it into on mode. It has an auto off after a few minutes of not receiving a signal. It also has an optical connection.

Perfect size for location laptop - FYI - it supports bluetooth (no specialized receiver to keep track of - YAY! ). Works well for it's size, no issues on connectivity or use... Wacom FTW! (Suggestion: apply some Velcro tabs to hold the pen to the tablet when in/on a location. Always seems to wander off...)
