your products are awesome and standing behind your warranty is pretty cool too....the reason i requested my headlamp was defected because i thought it was the switch/button bad...so once you had replaced it and didn't ask for the one i had back, I was going to check out why it went bad..(old school here, so why throw something away that might be able to be fixed)...well come to find out it wasn't the switch...it was the rubber seal which i removed to fix the switch but the switch worked ok....so my suggestion is to put the switch on the outside...single toggle....but still a GREAT product...thank you

I don't know what you need to say about it. It does exactly what it says it does. I use mine to hold some VR controllers as well.

Switch failed, warranty service was absolutely superb. Liked the product and the service so much that i bought two more! It is a well-designed flashlight and it is obvious soneone spent time designing it to work great and look great.

I am very pleased with my PX1 flashlight. It was received in satisfaction of a warranty claim, where a rubber switch cover had fallen off. I live in Puerto Rico, and had purchased seven of these flashlights following Hurricane Maria. I retained four of the for my two homes, and gifted the remaining three to US Coast Guard here, and one to our Emergency Management Director. They love these flashlights, and like me, appreciate their performance and ruggedness. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Had G26 flashlight for a year and the switch failed. They honored the warranty immediately and quickly provided a replacement at no charge. Great customer service in standing behind their product.

Flashlight was great for 1 year for work as maintenance, the switch started to fail. Bought another. I decided to Summit for warranty. Coast sent me a new one warranty process was an easy. Will be buying an using coast from now on

I had a Polysteel 400 for just over 3 years and the switch did not always work every time. Usually 3 or 4 tries. Inquired with Coast and they sent me a brand new flashlight as it was covered under warranty. Excellent service and a company that backs up their warranty as advertised. Hassle free. I currently own 3 Coast flash lights with the others having zero issues. Great product, service and warranty.
