I am using the BE-126 on a Bogen 3221 tripod to support a Nikon D750 w/battery pack and a variety of lenses up to the nikkor 80-400 FX Zoom. Initally I purchased the BE-117 which worked however I am much more comfortable with the perceived stability of the 126. I fine it easy to use with great flexability of the arca quick release. 5 |

It's probably been my favorite battery I've ever purchased. I have a variety of Anton Bauer batteries, and I was looking for something fairly light that could pack a punch since I do a lot of shoulder rig work. However, I also can't be swapping camera batteries too often. This is the perfect mix of elements and love how well it handles. The USB port is a nice feature as well. Highly recommended. One thing to note is I charge with the larger Anton Bauer charging dock, which seems to help track the wear and tear of the battery pretty well. I try to balance usage among all batteries when possible. My primary camera set-up is a Sony FS7, with an expansion pack, and I will sometimes power an external recorder, either an Odyssey 7Q+ or a Shogun Atomos, with this battery. 5 |
