Purchased this to shoot the 2024 Solar Eclipse and it worked perfectly fitting over a 72 mm diameter lense. The set screws have plastic tips so they will not mar the lens or filter surface. No problems protecting my camera during the eclipse and I got some great shots. Would definitely reccomend. 5 |

According to testing, those filters are real and we're able to watch the April 2024 eclipse from beginning to end. Thankfully no one complain of eye issues afterwards. 5 |

I had originally gotten this to watch the total solar eclipse 2024. I then realized that i can use to for watching solar flares on other days too. This binoculars was a big hit during the eclipse and was used by many of my friends during the event. This is best used on a tripod to eliminate shake, which I do. 5 |

Ive been looking for something like this, & this is definitely fitting my needs. When I saw B&H had this on sale, I decided to check out some videos online, & what I saw sold me, so I took the plunge & ordered. Still havent had a lot of time with using this directors set, but did several test shoots with my Activeon CX Gold GoPro style camera on the slider part, & it worked great! Im impressed.
