Waterproof Camera Housing Nikon D5300

Fits my gopro camera and waterproof housing.

This accessory was necessary to use the camera with the mic. It should be a choice to purchase a GoPro package with this housing OR the waterproof one which I will most likely never use.

I am using this with a Nikon D5300. Charging is convenient. The connector to the camera goes in the battery compartment.

I love this waterproof housing. It enables me to remove and secure my GoPro with ease, while keeping the housing mounted on the motorcycle. It makes it easier to clean the bug off without damaging the lens. Since the GoPro is waterproof, I use it with the open back to ensure the camera stays cool. Only negative take away is I would have liked to have the option of a pass through for the cord to keep camera charged while on the road. Now if they would make one for the GoPro 11 Mini.

I needed a waterproof storage/travel case for an Ikelight underater camera housing that could take the abuse of an active SCUBA diving environment. This Pelican is large enough for the camera, and all components, and when well packed, can accomodate the camera as well. It's large, but is the best size I could find that would accept the Ikelight housing. Spend the extra money to get the spacers instead of the foam cubes - you'll be happier. So far, it's doing a great job.

After several years of using a DX camera (D5300) and researching to upgrade to a FX camera, this D750 bundle kit from B&H was a bargain for an hobby photographer. Having the ability to setup 2 preset settings is a time saver. Dual memory card slots with the option to choice how to use them. The ability to select if you want shoot in DX format for those have DX lenses. The accessories I choose to purchase is the battery grip (Nikon) and a extra battery (Nikon).

Great all purpose walk around lens. In combination with a Nikon d5x00 camera (I have a d5300) makes a good minimalistic travel camera combo. Focuses fairly fast and is reasonably sharp. Some minor distortion at some focal lengths, but is easily corrected in post. Not the fastest lens so low light situations can be a challenge.

I am not pro but I cannot tell you enough about how much I love this camera.  I upgraded from a Nikon D5300 so this is an absolute massive upgrade in comparison and it was well worth it.  The cons I keep seeing from people is about the XQD card that you need for the camera since it does not accept SD Cards. For my use personally(travel photography/videography) I found no issues with a single card slot and an upgraded memory card format. I bought a used 64gb Sony card and havent had a single problem and since I can plug the camera directly into my MacBook Pro its even better.  I would argue the only downside for this camera is the display on the back does not swivel around to the front but they updated app for the camera is a much more pleasant experience.  Those are the two biggest things I see people talk about and Ive found very acceptable work arounds! everything else is as great as people claim!
