Waterproof Camera That Run On Aa Batteries

I am currently shooting a small feature and this Tascam unit has made thing incredibly easy on set. No cables to the camera, with solid 4-track, portable recording. Very easy file management, phantom power on any of the inputs, options for file formats. The only thing I would wish for is a battery power unit that could run the 70D, as opposed to AA batteries. We bought the accessory that allows us to plug into house electricity, but only AA's to run portable. I wish it could off camera batteries camera batteries or some other long lasting power source. Not a huge deal - the AA's make it about 1/2 of shooting.

Waterproof, uses common AA batteries, very comfortable grip and arm lanyard, light is bright but not too much so. Good price on here and fast shipping. Included new Duracell AA batteries as well.

If you want a stealth recorder for Run-N-Gun the Zoom H6 is excellent because of its form factor. The Sound Devices Mixpre 3 cannot effectively be used with AA batteries because they run out in like 10 minutes (and with the Sony L Sled attached becomes too bulky for easy stealth use). The Zoom H6 sound quality is already excellent and it is just simpler to pick up and go with and AA batteries last much longer.

Trying to make sure I have enough AA Batteries to run this light was a pain. If it started to fade, then the light was done for the evening for me. However, with this adapter plate, I've been able to just pop in another rechargable battery that I'm already using with my cameras. It is convient, painless, and leaves me worry free.

These nimh AA batteries are a good value and at 2300mah provide good run time in my cameras and radio control gear. As usual, B&H is quick and concise with the shipping.

I use one battery pouch for two camera batteries and the other for eight AA Batteries. That way I have power for both cameras and both flashes and my pockets are empty. It is exactly what I needed for a long day.
