Waterproof Plastic Bags For Cameras

I have 4 of these. They took the place of random storage in plastic bags and the bottom of drawers. I like them because they are waterproof and secure, yet easy to open without breaking a fingernail, unlike some other competitors. Not expensive and highly recommended.

I have this product on three Nikon 1 series cameras as well as several waterproof binoculars.

I used to hold my Electric Dolly slider. It's great because it is waterproof. sometimes I leave it into the rain. It's okay. I's made of hard plastic so you can arrange device easily event I stepped on it's okay. I'm really happy.

I used this tape to make myself a raincoat for my camera. I used the tape to attach the raincoat -- a large plastic bag -- to the hood of the camera. This tape is totally waterproof and it leaves no residue so you can attach it directly to your camera, the lens or the hood of the camera without fear of ruining those items. To protect the viewfinder, I simply made a hole in the plastic bag at the appropriate place and then used this same tape to attach a 3 clear plastic medallion to the plastic bag over the hole. The raincoat can be used over and over again just by slipping it off and removing the lens hood. But, if it rips, you can easily make another one -- there's plenty of tape to do so. It's totally waterproof. I was out for 3 hours in a torrential downpour and the camera didn't get at all wet. Make sure to leave the back end of the plastic bag, at the bottom, open, so as to prevent condensation

This case is well made, durable, and is reasonably priced compared to other bags the same size. It's waterproof and a quality product! I especially like the cradle case inside the bag that can be readjusted and set to cradle your camcorder, so it doesn't slide around.

I have both the Tenba 7L and 10L Sling Bags. I have had other sling bags but these are my favorite. Well designed, excellent quality. I use the 7L for my DX mirrowless cameras and the 10L for my full frame cameras. If you are in the market for a sling bag these should be on your list to consider.

I do a lot of my “serious” art work with my “Toy Cameras”. I bought this camera to specifically shoot images off a TV/computer screen. I push Ilford film to ASA 6400 and tape a 2 close-up filter to the lenses-It works great!!! I get quite a thrill out of doing “quickie” modifications to all my plastic cameras. I usually have my Advanced students do at least one assignment per semester using plastic cameras. They always seem to particularly enjoy The assignment!
