I’ve always had HP printers and used their ink and toner. I will not buy anything else. Recycling used to be easy when a self-addressed recycling envelope was included with your purchase. Sometime ago this changed and now I have a stock pile of used toner cartridges.

I bought these because I hated the way my paper would continuously unroll. I had tried a number of ways to stop it...wish I would have found these earlier. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant because a few people mentioned that they were hard to put on. But I think they were super simple! And they work just as I had hoped they would. Kimberly

I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days.

My original purchase, the backdrop was snagged and the cover case shredded within 2 uses. This company has great customer service. They reached out to me, replaced my backdrop sleeve and storage case.

Two of these survived a shipment that left both boxes bent, torn and shredded on the corners, with only minor scratches. Very tough! Also the stand bases are much lower profile than most, so they get kicked less in use.
