The Ecobee 3 is very easy to use with an app to control it remotely. The weather forecast screen can be customized for your home location & checked as you’re heading out the door. No more getting caught without an umbrella!

I shoot marching band and saw an upcoming event's weather forecast was for lots of rain and wind. This time the weatherman was right and we received almost 2 inches of rain in 3 hours. The Rainsleeve kept my camera and lens dry. (Canon Mark II N and Canon 70-200 f2.8 L) It was a bit tight on a professional EOS body but it did work fine. Naturally I had to take it off to change the battery but the SD/CF card changes were fine in the sleeve. I did have the rig on as monopod. I am not sure it would have worked with the neck strap. I did buy a couple of packs and am glad. I think I can get a two or three uses out of each one and they will be handy to have around.

Wanted to pick up a light that would have a little higher run time than the Baton 3 I carry every day. Love the size and the magnetic charging. The texture of the handle is, in my opinion, the nicest feeling of any light I own. The brightness settings are spaced far enough apart that it's been a very usable tool in every situation I've called upon it. If you're looking for an 18650 light and don't mind not having a tail switch, then I would confidently recommend this light for your consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ecobee thermostat complementary for testing interview purposes, however this is still my honest review. This Ecobee thermostat has been the best smart thermostat we have ever used. You can program different settings throughout the day, you can easily check the daily forecast, humidity, four-day forecast and more on your touch screen meter. The thermostat also has an app. Through the eco bee app you can see the same features and control your thermostat at the touch of your fingers. I’ve even received emails with updates about my home temperature setting. You can pair the thermostat with other ecobee products. It seems that this smart thermostat is definitely top-of-the-line. I highly recommend.

The AAA lithium battery is often over looked ... I keep several spares due to it's 10 year shelf life for NOAA weather-all hazards radio and my kestrel hand-held weather station

This battery handle gives an already flexible light even more versatility. Im so pleased with this addition to my kit. I have the 34-inch Baton and, while I didnt do any empirical tests, I feel like Im able to get about an hour of full power draw from the handle. I love just about everything about this add-on. Its easy to charge, easy to access the battery indicator (although a numbered percentage read-out would make it even better) and lightweight enough to wield for long shoots. This is a must-have for Baton owners.

I didn't really know what to expect from this light other than it came with my purchase of the baton 2. I was completely blown away by how powerful the beam was for the tiny size of the light.
