Weather Underground Gold Canyon Az

I bought this for a trip to Antelope Canyon, AZ and Monument Valley. It exceeded my expectations, and at 5'10 tall and a small ball head, I could look in my D40's viewfinder without raising the center column. Multi-position legs are rock steady. Fit and finish are very good. Even at 6 pounds, I shoulder-carried it around for several days without a problem.

I needed this to get my AZ-EQ5 high enough that my refractor would be useable at a comfortable height in Alt/Az mode. This did the trick! It is very stable and raises it to just the right height. It is a f/7.5 5 APO refractor. The standard pier that comes with the mount just wasn't hight enough. I also highly recommend the AZ-EQ5 or 6 for use in AP and visual. It is really nice to have the ability to switch to Alt/Az mode for visual then go back to EQ mode for AP. I have both mounts. And for a mass produced mount they work really well plus you can use EQMOD with them.

I bought this product for taking pictures of the Grand Canyon. There is marked difference between the canyon exposure and the sky. The sky is much brighter than the canyon landscape. Also there is very define edge between the top of the canyon and the sky. This will prevent over-exposing the sky and keeping a very good balance between the two, the top 1/3 of the image and the bottom 2/3rds. This does it job and saves post editing work

Living in AZ I use a polarizer everyday. Easy to use and well worth the price.

Great vest. I'm using it in an underground coal mine. It's like having an extra pair of hands. It distributes weight evenly. I use it for batteries, flashes, all sorts of accessories. There are no pockets for big lenses, but that's O.K. It would make the vest too heavy and cumbersome. It's pretty good at repelling lime and coal dust and water and is not likely to tear easily. Pockets are lined with soft material, which is easy on lenses. These vests are a little pricey, but worth it. They're professional gear and are made for rugged use.

Solid takes abuse perfect for poking the gopro into strange places underwater and underground.

So far so good! Using as a backup power supply for an underground dog fence and so far is working great.
