I bought this product for taking pictures of the Grand Canyon. There is marked difference between the canyon exposure and the sky. The sky is much brighter than the canyon landscape. Also there is very define edge between the top of the canyon and the sky. This will prevent over-exposing the sky and keeping a very good balance between the two, the top 1/3 of the image and the bottom 2/3rds. This does it job and saves post editing work 5 |

This lens is quite sharp and compact enough to fit in my traveling camera bag. I love it. It arrived promptly and in time for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Normally I will use the lens in the course of my commercial photography business but it's first assignment was capturing the California Condor at the Grand Canyon, up close and personal, very sharp. I bought this Binocular to take to the Grand Canyon. what a beautiful view I got, there were snow flurries and wind blowing and i had a clear picture, because of the no fog lens. It was fabulous. They are light weight, which was great, since I had so many other layers of warm clothes on because of the weather. I would recommend these to anyone. 5 |

I used this lens this past week at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. For landscape and scenery work, this lens is superb and did not exhibit any of the wide angle distortion that I noted in my earlier review. In short, for this kind of photography, I couldn't say enough positive kudos for this lens. It's a terrific choice. 5 |
