Weather Underground Plano Tx

Took it on my Devil's River trip in TX. There were other members of our team that had different types of SAT communicators. As soon as the weather got bad and clouds came in all of their coms could reach out to our outfitter for pickup except the inReach Mini 2. Clouds and weather didn't phase it at all. I was able to reach the outfitter in minutes and get us out. Battery life was impressive, most definitely could've used it the entire trip on one charge. Rugged and waterproof 100%. One thing I wish it had was a scroll or easier way to scroll.

I bought the Kaiser Slimlite Plano lightpad after watching a video on making backlit translucent flower images. I had a much smaller one from years ago that needed to be upgraded. The Kaiser Slimlite lightpad is much bigger than my previous one and costs much less; probably because LED products have come way down in price since then. One feature I like is the ability to use either AC power or the built-in rechargeable battery. Both give decent lighting and an even brightness across the entire surface. I also appreciate the thin, light design which makes it easy to carry around and use at different locations. In my first attempt at using it, I shot a purple iris. See attached.

this is my 2nd rifle case. my first case was made by Plano and is about $ cheaper. I thought it was a good case -- and it was for the money -- but this case is far superior to that one.the solid foam of this case is more dense than the pick-and-pluck foam of the Plano case and seems to be lasting longer.while initially a little more difficult to custom fit your items, the end result looks much better than the pick-and-pluck foam -- especially diagonal lines. the pick-and-pluck foam also is starting to separate so all of the solid areas where pieces were not removed look like an array of little columns of foam instead of a solid surface like the Pelican foam does.lot of videos on YouTube about best ways to arrange your layout and cut your foam. I have to agree that a cheap electric knife is probably the best tool for the job.

Absolutely love it! I am using it to up-rez old negatives using my Canon R5. Couldn't do it without the Kaiser Slimlite Plano 5000k. All you do is plug it in and it provides the necessary lighting. Great easy to use product that does what it is supposed to do.

The Kaiser Slimlite Plano 5000K Lightbox Is an outstanding lightbox with a large viewing area, AC or battery operated and most importantly the 5000K output provides a neutral, white light that helps render tones faithfully. As an added benefit it also serves well as the light source for when I copy slides and negatives using my Nikon 850 and the ES-2 duplicator. So far I have copied over 1800 images from my 50 years of film photography (only 253,000 images to go) and I must say the fidelity of the images was definitely directed impacted by the quality of light put out by the Kaiser Slimlite. Outstanding quality and build. The Kaiser Slimlite is a product is a must buy.

The Kaiser Slimlite Plano 8 x 11 Led Light Pad is very convenient for viewing and sorting slides and negatives. It can also be used as a backlight for digitizing slides. The size is about right for most purposes.

The Kaiser Slimline Plano lightbox was a wonderful upgrade to my old Logan lightbox for viewing my 40+ year old 2 1/4 negatives. And then scanning them with my new Epson Perfection V600 scanner equaled a new lease on life for my old negatives. Thanks!

Sure, you can buy something online elsewhere for a fraction of this price, but make sure you read the reviews. The Kaiser Slimlite Plano lightbox is very well constructed and has consistent light. Great product.

The Kaiser Slimlite Plano exceeds my expectations! For years I had the translucent panel lit by a light bulb and now I have this wonderful LED lit device. It is on the higher end of pricing but the quality is worth it. I should be able to use this lightbox for many years. Take care and be creative!
