Wedding Show Booth Ideas

I use this backdrop for my photo booth business. It stretches so no wrinkles show in the background.

We use this case to fly with our basic 10x10 trade show booth. It's large enough to hold the essentials, yet small enough to be accepted by most airlines and fit into most cabs or ubers. The case easily accommodates a tube-frame tension wall, lights, wiring, extension cords, brochure holders, a couple of roll-up banners, table covers, and other miscellaneous items for a basic trade show booth without the need to deal with freight forwarders, advanced shipping, and all that comes with it.

We bought this light for the trade show to light up the booth. It is light yet very bright so it is great for transportation as well as for trade show presentation. My friends like it a lot and they would order this light as well for their shows.

Snagged these to provide some last minute ambient light in our trade show booth at the Javits Center. Salesman was helpful, price was right and the quality was great. Unfortunately the mounting hardware attached to it was not the standard size and did not fit the brackets sold to me by the sales rep.

We are actually using this case to transport trade show booth parts and it works just great. Not too big - not too heavy - great purchase

I bought these to hold up 11x17 lamenated signs for our trade show booth. They were easy to use and worked well.

I bought this to use for my wedding photo-booth. I needed a background to be able to use in tight spaces, when I didn't have the room for a background support. I also want a background that was more easily transported and in between the 5x7 foot and 10x20 foot background options. This turned out great! It leans great against the wall and I use duck tape in case someone bumps into it. The wrinkles do smooth out after an hour or so, so just leave it enough time to open up. It is not that difficult to re-fold this! If you have experience with folding reflectors then it is exactly the same concept. Every collapsible product has it's form it like to re-fold into, if you work with that you can do it by yourself no problem. I only wish there was a pocket for the train to be held in when you don't want to use the train. The case is cheap. In fact the zipper was broken already when I received it. ... You can't expect too much for this price. But the background definitely exceeded my expectations and I will get a ton of use out of it.

I used this at a wedding expo on my photo booth and let me tell you. People ignored all the other photo booth company's to come take pictures with this metallic paper! It is with every penny!

I cant say enough how enjoyable it is to be able to bring this anywhere while being able to get ideas out in such and interesting way!

I can finally show up for a wedding job with everything in one bag! No more multiple bags, trying to remember where all of my lenses, flashes, batteries etc. are. This bag is organized, easy to use, and I love having the option of using wheels or backpack-style. It's huge so if you pack light you should try a smaller option, but if you pack heavy like me, this bag is perfect!
