i use this with a 2 in 1 tablet computer, very portable. Runs on usb power, flashing LEDs tell you it's connected and talking to your devices. does not seem to lag, works well. fits well in gig bag with keyboard

Seriously, this thing is great. Just plop in up to 2 batteries, tells you their status and juices them up. They still have a good load, just take out the battery and skip the charge. Very easy to manage your set of batteries. Clear indication of battery status no reading, arcane, flashing / not flashing, is that amber or orange.... Works well in car also and does not require a power brick just a universal 2 prong power cord. Charging is quick but not overly (quicker = less battery life due to the heat). I have use mine with Fujifilm X I understand other adaptors are available. Most fujifilm users have or should have multiple batteries: I Higly recommended this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago and I already like it. Make sure you download the software before you do anything else. Once I downloaded the software it was fairly easy to set up. I did have a flashing power button so I called and they helped me quickly. Once you feed the label far enough into the feeder and hit the forward button the power button stopped flashing. I could see this coming in very handy for anyone who sends mail frequently or does.a lot of shipping. I could also seething being used for a small business. I do need to take some time to figure out how the software works and it does offer quite a bit. shipping. Like that it is portable so I can take it with me anywhere.

Solidly built, bright and exactly as described. A full click does the off and on, but if you ever want it, partial clicks change to low power or flashing light.

Unlike F22, F21 is passive cooled. Aputure has a FREE bracket replacement program with the new low profile, sturdy bracket with a very good design. Unlike the other 1 star rating user, I find that the plastic connectors are not an issue. I have used on a feature kino airs with similar plastic connectors. Don't step on them and don't drop them. Even aluminum lemo connectors would break if you do that to them. The controller seems sturdy to me. The head lead is thick and reinforced into the panel. The only negative - the C13 connector is not locking (like most aputure connectors); make sure you shove that in the power brick. Once it was loose and I thought something was broken. The powerbrick comes with a nice bracket which connects in the v mount slot of the controller. Thus making a compact unit. I have used this light as a hair light, and as a key. At full power even diffused is plenty bright. At iso 100, shutter 1/100, I was getting T11-16 (with silk and half grid diffuser) at 1meter (3 feet roughly). I would get at least another one. Instead of one F22, I would get two F21 (I got the c model for g/m and color adjustment) - and I would connect them via a bracket to get an F22 or split them apart as needed. The F22 seems to have a high pitch fan that is louder than a Forza 500 (there was one in the store next to it, so I speak facts).

After borrowing and testing a set on 3 different shoots I purchased this set. Very easy to set up for Manual Exposure right from the Controller. Controller makes it so much easier to adjust flash power without lowering light stands and manually setting each flash power! Set your FLASH unit on i-TTL so it receives the correct settings from the controller. I've also used it once as a full TTL with the Camera setting the exposure and it worked OK. I also purchased a YN685 flash that works with the controller without using a receiver, but haven't done a shoot with it yet.

This is a very nice headlamp, without two levels of white light, a red light and a flashing red light.  Having the battery pack on the back makes it much easier to balance and the straps are adjustable over a wide range.

Great size, love the built in light (it has flashing mode for some reason, just if you need to give someone a seizure on a film set?) I have always wanted this Porta Brace bag but kept talking myself out of it. I finally pulled the trigger on buying one and I'm glad I did. Sometimes I have a small lens in it if i am shooting an event with a smaller camera, but on a full set I kit it out with all the tools I'll need. for camera department. If you are on the fence about it, do it.
