Whale Fall Construction Paper

Great accessory for any strobe. The umbrella did break from a fall but that is not from faulty construction. Works as intended to soften the light for headshots.

As always, the construction is gorgeous. It's what made me fall in love with the original X100. I passed that on to my son when I bought the 100T. Now the X100 is sold and he has the T. I do feel that although the camera is the best it's been (new lens and sensor), the choice of controls is becoming complex. You need to make some hard decisions on what you will use to keep things simple for your own style. For example, I simply blocked the screen controls out for now while I develop familiarity. I may switch them on later. I bought a spare battery and charger. I hate charging directly to the camera. The Fuji filter is nothing special, so if you have another of the same size, just use that for weather and dust sealing. I bought it because I wanted everything to be silver this time around. The Jpegs from this camera are lovely. The X100 series is always a pleasure.

Bought it last fall to watch my construction site and materials…works great but it should have a time range available for this type of application…too many pictures of people walking around during daylight hours.

Colors show up extremely vibrant on this paper. Try it and you will fall in love with it!

Paper is fine for construction drawings, easy to load and use.

I used it for fall foliage done with soft focus. I used film. The combination of the softness and film grain is enhanced by the glossy finish of the paper. I also use it for insect photography when I want to show the maximum amoung of detail and want the best blacks I can get. I go with the Epson brand paper to compliment the photo inks I use. (Archival properties are important to me.)

Its easy to scroll up and down. It also have a tension control, so paper won't fall down because of its weight. Love it!

I have been using glossy paper for my assignment the last 6 months and decided to try something new. I didn't realize I would fall in love. I have been using this paper to print my diana prints and they have been coming out amazing. Thanks Illford for another great rc paper type.

Great so far - not much use yet. That happens in the Fall.

It stays on and does not fall off.
