Wheel Lock Car Accessories

Got this for free when I bought the tripod, I was excited to see how well it would work. Of course I didn't expect it to use it as dolly on regular basis but I figure it would be handy at some point.It take a little bit of time to set up at first, but once the part that lock tripod leg to the wheel is in position you wont have to mess with it again unless it's a different tripod. The lock is a little bit of a hassle, I usually didn't even bother to lock them and the tripod seem to stay on the wheel just fine. The tripod I am using is heavy, so having wheel is quite nice when I need to move the tripod. There is a lock on the wheel to keep it in place.As far as using it as a dolly, it's obvious that this wasn't going to work well. However on smooth surface like the wooden floor in my house it looks smooth enough for something that take just a few seconds to set up.Overall it's a great product, but I would say $ is a little too pricey for something that isn't necessary.

It is priced right for certain. It has a plastic wheel lock and I was concerned about that so I called the factory and they assured me none have been returned. It rolls smooth, wheels lock easily and does everything else I want it to do. I have a small home studio and it fills my need just right. Not to mention I found out it is made just a very few miles from me.

I bought a set of casters on Amazon that fit my large stand and they fit, but they were too small a wheel and did not lock onto the legs correctly. The stand and boom fell over and broke equipment. These casters are the only casters you should use and will probably last me forever.

Way better than other bases for C-Stands, it's so nice to be able to wheel around lights and other devices and then lock casters and forget about it, throw a few sand bags on for safety and done. I wouldn't change a thing. Even the footprint is perfect to not be tripping over or taking up half the room! I also like using existing c-stand risers to convert them to wheeled stands.

I've been racing Forza Motorsports for years. Having had the Thrustmaster 458Italia (sub $100) wheel, the TMX, and now the TS-XW, I can say with absolute certainty that this is the finest wheel Thrustmaster makes. Many friends use Fanatec as well as Logitech wheels. However, the compromise with those seems to be in price or feel. With a lot of research and some trial and error of the other wheels, I decided to take a flyer on the TS-XW simply based upon price and specs. I was not disappointed. The brushless motor offered more than twice the torque while racing. I had to start turning my highly tuned specs down by about 30%. The road feel is good, and it's very easy to feel when a car is pushing the front wheels. Some will say they can feel "cog". You can definitely feel the belt teeth ever so slightly. However, it was never enough that I felt it interrupted my racing experience. I have around 30 hours already on the wheel and fade doesn't seem to come into play. The external power supply as well as the more efficient fan keeps temperatures down even into the 3rd hour of racing. If there is a down side to this wheel, it's that you'll love it so much you'll wear the wheel itself out. The suede is delicate just like that of a real race car. If this worries you, definitely buy some inexpensive gloves. I, however, was not worried. With the "ecosystem" setup, the wheel itself is easy to replace if it becomes too worn. It feels so nice in my hands that I actually feel bad about how poorly my project car's steering wheel feels now. Lastly, you'll want to install the conical brake mod. This is the greatest thing I've ever seen for this style of pedals. It helps with feel and realism on a level that has to be experienced. For the money, it's extremely hard not to give this wheel 5 stars. Even the suede wear issues are typical of real racing car steering wheels. If you have a chance... get it. It won't stop a bullet or block a car wheel, but it's plenty rugged enough for normal data transfers.

As you may guess, I work in my car during dark hours. This case allows me to hang it up on my steering wheel. After the firmware update, the keyboard is well lit and turns on automatically. My new iPad 10 already took a fall and no damage was made. The case can be a bit heavy but well worth the investment. The keyboard is detachable which is great for me when I have lunch and want to watch a video or join a Teams Meeting. This is a must have for the traveling digital warriors.

This is true 1:1 rally wheel, and being a real wheel should be used with racing gloves for best grip of the wheel. The size allows for great car control and feel. The buttons are suffient and well placed to be used in game.

Keeps a small light on the mic arm, but did a car wheel view of a trip (fun) with a GoPro.

The best all around work light I have found. Works for under hood, wheel wells, under car, anything I’ve thrown at it. Does everything I need it to do without requiring another hand. Wish it was rechargeable but all in all, great light.
