Cheap / cheaply built? Yes. For the money these are rowdy cool. 1. They are powered by either wall or battery 2. They come with stands....but, if you want to use them on another stand or just a tripod....well, they have all of the right bits to work on 1/4 inch screws. 3. They give off a good deal of light. 4. Dimmer! 5. While they might have a cheap build, they function well. Amazing for the price. I am enjoying these. 5 |

I use a large mixing bowl, filled with filtered water. I use the microwave to warm the water, 2-3 minutes, and mix about half the powder. Repeat for the remaining powder. Let it cool over night. 5 |
