Easy to use, heavy construction, well designed, smooth movement (on smooth surfaces). Wheels are similar to wheels used on inline skates, so though it rolls easily and quietly it does limit the surfaces it will transverses smoothly. One of the added benefits is the ability to use a smaller Tripod foot print and even though you have less spread the increased mass and lower center of gravity make for a very stable platform. Quick tripod attachment and stows just as quickly. 5 |

This is my first Pelican case of this size with wheels. Wheels are a bug help for this size case if you plan on moving it from place to place. I easily put 40 lbs of gear in it which added up to almost 60 lbs total. Only small issue was I wanted to stand up my canon 70-200/2.8 but it is a tad to tall and compresses the foam to thin making the lid feel it when closing. So i had to lay it down. Otherwise it fit all I needed it to. 5 |
