You could look all this stuff up online, print it, then laminate it yourself, or you could just spend $5. 5 |

I make contact sheets and prints with the paper. Great paper for black and white film photography. 5 |

We have never developed color nor black and white film. On our first try at developing 4x5 color sheets taken on our 1903 Gundlach bellows camera, with the help of stable 102 degree temperature resulting from the CS Temperature Control System TCS-1000 and the Cinestill powder color simplified two bath process chemicals, our photos came out perfectly. Having never developed film, the directions on the package were easy to follow. 5 |

The truth is you can use 8' sheets of 1" thick polystyrene with one side black and the other white for less than the cost of shipping these scrims but they are not very transparent and absolutely not easily transported. I have used such scrims for years. These Manfrotto scrims come with a variety of very high quality fabrics, which are easily changed and are pulled very tight by the clipping system. Highly recommended but please lower the price to something reasonable, Manfrotto. 5 |

Although I have not used this product yet, I found it to be exactly what I expected. It arrived in perfect condition. The white sheet is translucent and the solid shiny black one has feet to raise it up plus extension legs to put it even higher of of a table. The white sheet does not have these. Their customer service is excellent. I was having trouble peeling the protective backing off of the sheets. The representative suggested ways to do this and also the best ways to store the sheets to keep them from scratching. I wish they made them in larger sizes. 5 |

I use these archival binders to store my black and white negatives, slides, contact sheets and more. Archival, because if you've followed archival film processing methods, you don't want that undermined by not then employing an archival storage method. The loose leaf style rings mate nicely with the holes in my archival pages, and the dimensions of the binder provide clearance for the widest pages. Most of my binders are black, but since the white ones are less expensive, and always in stock, I usually buy them. A possible detriment might be if the white ones were in a bright environment, as this might allow an amount of light to reach the negatives that would be less than optimal. However, the black ones, in a bright area receiving sun light, might generate heat, and that would definitely impact negatives negatively. No worries. They also come in gray, so one could have a color coded storage system -- say white for contact sheets, gray for negatives, and black for color. The binders are sturdy and may be stacked one upon the other, or placed vertically in a bookshelf. 5 |

In the past I have attempted to create a clean white background using bed sheets, cloth drapes, and spandex but this paper is the best solution. It is flat and works great with all types of light. If it wrinkles you simply roll out some more. Its great! 5 |
