Recieved this one for Christmas as a gift.It is one of the easiest thermostats to use and it can be controlled from anywhere. 5 |

I changed 4 to 5 routes and 2 Mesh WiFi Systems. The Netgear Orbi WiFi 6 System is the best system I never had. 5 |

When I first was looking into a wide angle lens I zoned in on the 10-24 F4. I convinced myself that there is no need for a fast WA lens with OMG Bokeeeh. That may be true if you're always taking pictures of inanimate objects with good light and at a distance. However, life is not always far away, slow, or inanimate. Get this lens! You will not regret the versatility that it brings to your WA arsenal. 5 |

I’ve tried a few mesh systems but none with a cable modem. This one was way easier to setup and faster than the others. Glad to have WiFi 6 and better hardware without the monthly charges forever. 5 |

i needed up update our wifi for both speed and security. whether with an AC plug or POE, these wireless systems just work great. but then i expect that from netgear. 5 |

After researching all the available consumer-grade mesh WiFi systems out there, I settled on Ubiquiti. For the same price as many of the consumer-grade systems, I've been able to setup a professional grade mesh WiFi network with ethernet backhaul that covers our entire house, and the outside areas we use regularly. I've had a few issues with other parts of the Ubiquiti system, but the access points have been flawless. If you have the experience, knowledge or patience to get a UniFi system setup, it's absolutely the best choice you can make for a mesh WiFi system that covers your house. 5 |

This is much better than the systems I had previously (Google WiFi, Linksys Velop, Netgear Orbi). I have an old 1940’s home filled will plaster walls and the Netgear Orbi AC3000 version 1 was the best at sending 2.4 and 5GHz through the walls. While the other systems lacked the horsepower to get through the plaster walls. The Netgear just worked but I did not have much to tinkering plus the security on it was terrible. If you wanted internet security you would have to pay a monthly subscription fee for Armour. The UDM is great I can create multiple virtual WLAN (home automations, TV, laptop/mobile devices, etc). Each vLAN is separate so they don’t fight for WiFi space. The one UDM covers my 1200sq ft plaster walled home with secure WiFi and if I need more I could add an access point. The fact that the 4 port switch is managed is a plus. Being able to turn on/off those 4 ports makes it even more secure. Just hope that Ubiquiti continues to support this little diamond of a product with FW updates. I can see the UDM being able to do so much more. A lot is the software is in Beta and some in Alpha stage. Hopefully one day (SOON) it will be in full production mode. 5 |
