Bought this in Oct 2018, to replace a standard Honeywell 24/7 programable thermostat and found this very simple to install and use. I emailed support a picture of current wiring and they came back 2 days later with the recommendation for the wiring. Within 10 minutes it was up and running. I use the geo fencing feature and it have learned my setting preferences to provide energy savings. 5 |

We have had a nest thermostat since Nov 2018. It works very well using our programed set back and warm up periods. We also like the setback during our absence. During a weekend outing, and a previous long power outage, it sent us an alarm indicating a problem. During the alarm review it provided a fix, which I was able to complete. All is now in working order. 5 |

this Thermostat was very easy to setup can set with one finger just slide up or down to where you want and walk away its that easy can also setup WIFI very easy to take phone or tablet and set it there wife loves it if you are in bed and forget to set it just pickup phone and set it ITS THAT EASY ! ! ! 5 |

I changed from the Nest thermostat that I had for years because I was starting having issues with the thermostat from the WiFi ,to the schedule and Google moving everything to the Google Home app so I gave The Ecobee a try and I am glad I did it has working perfectly during the cold weather that we had. I was able to install it easily in 20 minutes even before the house got cold. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Ecobee thermostat for years (EMS Si WiFi generation) and the WiFi disconnects every so often so it was kind of an inconvenience.
