I've been looking for a way to run Kodi from my computer in my upstairs studio directly to the HDMI connection on my TV in the living room downstairs (about 50' with the drop, a few turns and a couple of short runs). this device works flawlessly. I work in film editing and I have several smaller external hard drives (8TB, 5 TB, 4 TB, 2 TB, etc.). When I got a new stationary computer I decided to re-distribute what was on those smaller drives and keep a master external hard drive attached to my new computer. I got this 20TB for that purpose, and it does exactly what I need. With a stable connection and a reasonable speed of information transfer, I was able to re-organize and stabilize my existing projects, while establishing a central location for new projects as well. 5 |

The mic on my new computer did not work; they sent me a new computer, the mic still didn't work. A friend told me I might need an external mic so I ordered the ATR4650-USB and today used it for a book study over ZOOM.
