My computer front ports stopped working with a Windows 10 update, and I could not get them to work again. But my rear 3.1 ports were working fine. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again! 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

IT WAS EASY TO HOOK UP TO MY COMPUTER. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE WIRED CONNECTION, WHEN I WENT TO BLUETOOTH IT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE UNIT SHUTS DOWN AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR A WHILE, SO I HAVE TO TURN IT ON WHEN NEEDING IT. SAVES ELECTRICTY AND LONG TIME RUNS, I GUESS. This SSD was my first one, and the speed has been dazzling. Windows 10 boots in only a couple seconds, and programs open in what feels like instantaneously. If you value your time and don't like waiting for that program to open, this is the one for you. The 850 Pro is one of the best a consumer can get though I suspect that will change very soon. Still I'm very happy with it, has a 10 year warranty on it. It is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. I wouldn't tell you to buy it if it's going to cost more than either your CPU or GPU though. 5 |
