Win 10 Advanced Startup

Installed windows 10 on this drive and it boots fast (without fast startup enabled).

These work great to sequence the startup of our amps and sound boards in our meeting spaces. Together with the controller, they work seamlessly. I will say they have a useful life. This is the 2nd one I have had to replace in the last year. The original equipment did last about 10 years but these are pricy for a Plug with a relay. It is the relay that has gone bad so I did order a $10 relay and will try to fix the last one so I have a spare.

I have bought 2 other brands and they did not preform well. This works very well in Win 10 with my 4 monitors.

I loaded this on a new Win 10 Laptop because I did not want to rent software. It loaded fine and runs with no problems.

Not much to say other than it does what it's supposed to and was reasonably priced. Win-win!

I am an advanced amateur photograper. I shoot a lot of action sports, etc. The 1D Mark III, surpassed my expectations as the fastest, sure focus camera I have ever used. I purchased the blue dot model, made in Dec 2007. With birds'n'flight, more keepers than ever. I shot indoor basketball at 1600 ISO f/2.8 and the exposure/clarity was super. The most impressive was a wakeboard competion in bright sun. I shot ISO 640 to keep the shutter speed up around 1/2000 at f/7.1. Enabled center point focus with surround assist points and highest AISERVO sense. I captured about fifty airborne acrobatic runs at 10 frames/sec where I had from 10-14 images in perfect focus and exposure. Each sequence showed the hand/foot/face expressions throughout the whole maneuver. I couldn't hardly believe what I had captured... Just outstanding performance from a camera.

I have used a Huey previously to calibrate my monitor, which is no longer viable with Win 10. So I needed a new solution. Datacolor Spyder X was so simple to use, and the software walks you through the process very easily. It also has a decent box to store it in! (No plastic bubble pack!)

... I installed Windows 10 64 bit on my PC. Nothing hot swap about it now that I can find. Under Windows 7 64 bit it was genuinely hot swap. It was the simplest thing to install and use. With Win 10 I need to power off the PC, remove the HDD installed, insert the required HDD and power on again. I can't find a solution so this is a last resort :-( . From what I've found it is a problem with Win 10 not the device. Nonetheless, with 4 HDDs ranging from 3 to 6 TB, it is a pain in the sitting apparatus it won't hot swap now. If there is a solution I'd love to know what it is.

Old desk top was struggling with running Win-10 32bt. Only had 4gb ram, when opening a few picture/ video apps it was wheezing and stumbling all over the place. I checked Dell support to see if two 2gb would work with two 8gb in my 7010 Opti, both they and Crucial said it would, and boy does it! Note that the max ram for 32bit Windows is only 4gb, if you upgrade ram over 4 gb you have to switch to the 64bit Windows version for the system to recognize/use the added ram. You Tube has tons of info on how. Was a Very Good investment!

What ca I say? It's heavy as an anvil and supplies sinusoidal power. Win 10 discovered it, and win's UPS services are adequate w/o installing the supplied software.
