Window Laptop Desk

My Brio 500 is amazing! I have a window adjacent to my desk. Regardless of the sun’s brightness or angle, the Brio 500 is able to process the scene, balance the lighting, and provide an excellent view of me. It also automatically centers on me and adjusts the zoom, which is great when I fidget during meetings.

for this price, this monitor is perfect. as you can see, my desk is infront of a window. i was hoping to find an inexpensive monitor that would be bright enough for me to work with the blinds open, and this is definitely the one. i will be buying more in the future for when i get a bigger space.

So dark I thought my screen was off once when I viewed it from the side. Desk is in front of a window so it does have a glare, probably better without the sun blazing.

The most I like about is the color, which is vibrant and rich. The screen is matte but the colors appears like the screen is glossy. Maybe the screen is physically made less matte. The screen size is too big for just 1 window app (because it will made you turn head from edge to edge which is super inconvenient). Thus I have to split the screen to 3 divisions: 1280x1440, 2560x1440, 1280x1440. Only the center screen is active or I spent most of my concentration at. I wish the 2 side divisions are larger, e.g., 2560x1440 so they can show bigger window or main applications too. But 49 inch is already a big monitor... Another issue is it needs a desk with farther distance because the stand and screen took 6-8 inches of depth already and will make the screen too close into your face if the desk is small. Overall, happy with this upgrade and purchase.

I've always been a ViewSonic fan. I'm a network administrator at a church with 112 users, so I've seen a few, but this is my first 32 on one of my own desks. In fact, I bought one for work to try it and then bought a second for my two-monitor desk at work, the third one for my desk at home, and a fourth one is in my future for my two-monitor setup at home. What I love about this one is the size. Of course, it's a ViewSonic, so the design is excellent, and the display is beautiful. It's easy on the eyes when you have to sit in front of one all day. But thanks to the easy arrangement of the windows in Windows 11 (hover over the maximize/minimize icon in the upper right-hand corner of any window), it's very easy to put two windows side by side, and it's big enough so that each window is definitely workable. It's almost like getting two monitors in one.

In the days of Covid madness, I use this every day for work meetings. My desk faces a window which made for blown out images during the daytime. This camera, while not the most expensive or highest quality, solves the problem. There is obvious light adjustment and the background is clear on video. The only time I look shiny white is when the sun is *directly* on my face. Acceptable, I would say. It remains hooked on my monitor without any issues of falling or slipping, even when raising my desk up and down (standing/sitting). Easy to set up: simply plug in with USB and change meeting application settings. I recommend for the price.

This purchase of an arm was for my laptop. I have a super clamp on my desk with the short arm attached. Laptop tray at the end of the arm.

Big enough to hold my laptop and my work but no too large that it ovefills the desk.

My laptop now gives me the functionality I have with my desk top. Could not be happier!
