This is my first window mount, and it was easy for me to figure out and use. The quality of my bird photos taken from the car is so much higher now that I'm not trying to balance my camera with just my hands. The mount is well-made and I anticipate it will last for many years.

I have used it on the ground and on the window sill of my car. It does the job.

I use the Tripod in a old chicken house shooting with a Canon through a new plain class window. The great thing I have green pine-nee'dle above the bird feeder.What I do not like is getting any part of the bird-feeder in th picture. With the Oben Tripod keeps the camera steady for me.

This new Nikon window mount replaces and an old non-Nikon window mount. This Nikon is rugged, and pans horizontally and vertically very smoothly. I use a window mount for birding and bird photography from my car when birds are at a distance, like at National Wildlife Refuges with good drive by bird viewing of waterfowl and shorebirds.

Perfect for an extra pair to bird from the kitchen window for birds that aren't too distant, as well as good for close up viewing of butterflies and dragonflies. Good value for the money.
