Works perfect. I bought it because my MAC kept on shutting down when my window AC unit compressor would turn on. This back-UPS prevents that from happening. Cheaper APC devises didn't accomplish this. 5 |

This is a GREAT product for installations where a few inputs are needed. It's hard to mess up operation. The one precaution I will state, is that the POWER INDICATOR LIGHT IS GREEN when the unit is OFF.... It is BLUE when it is ON... This is FRUSTRATING for people.. Even during installations, where I've forgotten - and troubleshot audio processing for 10-15 minutes before remembering this stupid feature. The unit being POWERED OFF is the ONLY reason that I've been called for troubleshooting.. I wish the power indicator LED was just OFF or RED, when the unit is switched off... Other than that little rant - I LOVE this product. It is my preferred simple in-rack mixer for stupid-proof installs. 5 |

Replaced an older unit (not APC) that was shutting down randomly. Glad that this is feeling very stable. Plenty of power for my computer and audio interfaces. 5 |

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound. 5 |
