Windows 10 Laptop 3 Monitors

The adapters work very well. I am using two older HP monitors, HP w2408h and HP w2338h to interface with my HP (Windows 10 only) Pavillion desktop until the windows 10 update cut off happens next year. I purchased an HP Z2 Windows 11 desktop in anticipation of the windows 10 support cut-off and it has different display ports so....

Worked great with my Windows 10 laptop. I did not need to use the Driver DVD.

Be using it to connect a laptop to Ethernet and work works without any issues in Windows 10.

Started a new position where I needed about 6 windows/ documents open at the same time. I'd been sent two little monitors and a laptop and was really struggling. This monitor changed everything! It is very useful to extend a Windows 10 laptop with a USB-C video output to two external 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 monitors along with other wired USB Type-A accessories like a keyboard and mouse. To have two external monitors, you must have Windows (not a Mac) and you must use the Mini DisplayPort output for one of the monitors with a cable that connects directly to a Mini DisplayPort or DisplayPort input on a monitor. Also, make sure that you connect it to a USB-C port on your laptop that supports video output. I have a laptop that uses the integrated graphics of an i7-8550U Intel processor connected to 2 HP 2415U 1920x1200 monitors, one using HDMI and the other using the Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable that comes with the monitor, and it works great. This allows you to have a 3-display setup at work (including the laptop display) that only requires a single cable to connect and disconnect your laptop as you start and end your work day. It was 4 stars for me because all of this was not obvious and required some research and experimentation on my part, but now it is 5 stars now that I know how to use it for 3 displays. Tested with Shure SM58S mic on windows 10 PC/Laptop. Works with both.

I bought it to upgrade our Samsung laptop. It fits and I was able to install Windows 10 with no problems.

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work?

Just plugged it in to my windows 10 laptop and It worked seamlessly with Skype. Great sound and video quality!
